DISNEY DREAMS villa is our family-owned vacation home and has been professionally furnished to a high standard throughout, whilst offering all the comforts of home. Our home is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, and is in full compliance with State safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and alarms on all doors leading to the pool deck. A centrally monitored Security Alarm is installed.
Our home is fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms (King-size & Queen-size Master suites), 3 bathrooms and a huge 28ft SW-facing private pool. The living room is the focal point of the villa with it’s spacious open-plan aspect & vaulted ceilings. The 28’ x 14’ rectangular pool has a South-West facing aspect, with underwater lighting and heating. The property is on a secluded corner plot, not overlooked from the rear and the walled garden provides extra privacy, with an attractive array of Azalea bushes creating a natural screen.
The covered lanai offers welcome shade from the HOT Florida sun, with table and chairs and a ceiling fan; ideal for al-fresco dining! What better after a long day at the parks than to relax with a cool drink and watch the evening sunset! THE ABBEY is an exclusive gated community on the impressive new development of WEST HAVEN, with its red-brick driveways, palm tree-lined boulevards and set amidst a natural wildlife conservation area, yet close to all major attractions and amenities.
You will find us on the CR54 (Ronald Regan Parkway) at CHAMPION'S GATE, just off Exit 58 of INTERSTATE-4 and ½ mile from US27. The Abbey is a small, private gated community (camera-monitored) set amidst a peaceful, wildlife conservation area yet right on Disney's doorstep. We are only 5 MILES to the DISNEY entrance - in fact, so close you can visit Disney in the morning, spend the afternoon back at the villa relaxing by your own private pool and return to the parks later in the day, or in the evening for the fireworks!
We are also just a 2-minute drive to the excellent choice of shops, restaurants and the exclusive CHAMPIONS GATE PGA Golf Resort and shopping village. A much sought-after area which must easily be ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS AROUND!
