Enjoy Florida at it's best by relaxing in our beautiful, luxury villa in a quiet and peaceful setting yet close to all the amenities that Orlando has to offer from the major attractions to both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Our villa is fully Air-conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans to all rooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV.

We operate an ON-SITE CODED LOCK BOX SYSTEM so no need to drive around to a key collection point or agency. The coded Lock Box system enables you to drive straight to the villa and key in the your personal access code issued to you prior to departure.

Family Room:

The Family Room/Lounge is a spacious, light & airy open plan room with vaulted ceiling. Sliding glass doors open onto the large South-West  facing pool deck. The room is tastefully furnished with a 3-seat sofa and a 2-seat sofa, a single armchair, glass coffee table, 2 drinks tables with lamps, a music centre with radio/CD player,DVD and VCR and also a 47" Flat screen HD Cable TV with ESPN HD & Fox Sports showing UK Premiership football. An ideal place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks or shopping.

Dining Room:

The formal dining room has delightful views over the wetland. Furnished with a large rectangular glass table (which can be matched with that in the breakfast nook for larger parties) and 6 comfortable high back chairs. So whether it is a full sit down meal or just a take away it's sure to suit your needs. There is a full compliment of elegant crockery, cutlery and glassware for your enjoyment.

The Kitchen/Breakfast nook:

The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances including cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer & ice-maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer  and a comprehensive range of cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery. Everything you could ever need. The Breakfast Nook has a glass table with 4 high back chairs.
Laundry Room: There is a separate Laundry Room equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner.

The Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom 1: with en-suite bathroom, US King-size bed, walk-in closet, dresser unit with mirror, night stands with bedside lamps, ceiling fan & Cable T.V., Radio Alarm clock, Telephone, Electronic Safe. Sliding glass doors giving direct access to the pool-deck. The en-suite bathroom has vanity units with twin wash hand basins, W.C., Roman bathtub, large walk-in shower cubicle, hairdryer, bathroom scales and towel store.

Master Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom, Queen-size bed, closet, drawer unit & night stand with lamp and radio alarm clock, ceiling fan, Cable TV. The en-suite bathroom has vanity unit with wash hand basin, hairdryer, bath & overhead shower, W.C.

 

Twin bedroom 1 has a Disney theme featuring all your favourite characters. It has 2 single beds, a large closet, drawer unit, lamp, ceiling fan & Cable TV / VCR, CD player and toy box.

 

 

 

Twin bedroom 2 has a Golf theme. Again with 2 single beds, a closet, drawer unit, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan, Cable TV and Playstation 2. The 2 twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom which also serves as the pool bath, giving direct access to the lanai & pool deck. The bathroom has vanity unit with hand basin, hairdryer, bath with overhead shower, W.C., towel store. All bed linens, hairdryers and towels are provided.

The Pool

The Pool Area is screened and very private, backing on to landscaping bordered by Orange groves. The large covered lanai (patio) provides a shelter from the hot Florida sun and has a table, recliner chairs, Sun loungers, ceiling fan and lighting. The huge 28ft rectangular pool has underwater lighting and optional heating. The walled garden and an attractive array of Azalea bushes create a natural screen providing extra privacy. This is a secluded corner plot and the property is not overlooked from the rear.

The Games Room

For indoor entertainment and for those with plenty of energy left we have a Games room with table-tennis, Air-hockey, Electronic Darts, PS2 with games, and a good selection of DVDs, Videos, Books and Board games available for guest use.

Why not bring along your laptop and take advantage of our Free Broadband Internet Access. There is everything you need to get up and running. Whether it is to keep up to date with things at home or for that bit of Florida Information you might need. Please note laptop not provided.
